How to Withdraw Your Funds

If you want at any time to withdraw your funds, simply withdraw your card balance to your main wallet, then block all cards in your account.

  1. 1Find the Withdraw button in the left sidebar menu (by clicking the hamburger icon), then click Withdraw.
  2. 2Type the total you want to withdraw, your email, reason for withdrawal, and your USDT (TRC20) wallet address.
  3. 3You will receive an email to confirm the withdrawal.

Withdrawal Processing Fee

Withdrawals to an external USD (TRC20) wallet incur a $3 + 8% processing fee.

This is a manual process and will be completed within 10 business days.
