Section 1: How to Make a Deposit

    Log in to your Pryvero dashboard at app.pryvero.net.

  2. 2

    Navigate to the "Deposit" section.

  3. 3

    Choose your preferred cryptocurrency from 100+ supported options.

  4. 4

    Copy the unique deposit address or scan the QR code.

  5. 5

    Send your crypto from your wallet to the provided address.

  6. 6

    Wait for blockchain confirmation — funds appear automatically.

Section 2: How to Create/Issue a Virtual Card

    Go to the "Cards" section in your dashboard.

  2. 2

    Click "Create New Card" or "Issue Card".

  3. 3

    Select your preferred card type (Nexus or Omni).

  4. 4

    Choose the funding amount for your card.

  5. 5

    Your virtual card is generated instantly with full details.

  6. 6

    Add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay for contactless payments.

Section 3: How to Withdraw Funds

    Navigate to the "Withdraw" section in your dashboard.

    Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

  3. 3

    Provide your external crypto wallet address.

  4. 4

    Confirm the withdrawal request.

    Funds are processed and sent to your wallet.

Section 4: How to Add Your Card to Apple Pay / Google Pay

    Open the Wallet app (iOS) or Google Pay (Android).

    Tap "Add Card" or the "+" button.

    Enter your Pryvero virtual card details manually.

  4. 4

    Complete any verification steps if prompted.

    Your card is now ready for contactless payments.

Section 5: Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

    Go to "Settings" > "Security" in your dashboard.

    Click "Enable 2FA".

    Download an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.).

  4. 4

    Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.

  5. 5

    Enter the 6-digit code to verify and activate 2FA.

    Save your backup codes in a secure location.
